We begin 6 January 2020! Enrolment open now!
What if you could easily learn how to write a book that would help your clients and grow your business?
What if you also had regular access to an experienced writing coach along the way who could show you that you already have the skills you need to write a book?
In a Book in Every Expert, I’ll help you take your book from idea to finished, reader-friendly, ready-to-publish book in six months.
Writing a book is energising and inspiring when you have the right plan. Writing your book will make you feel accomplished and knowledgeable. It will also get you excited about what you do and inspire you to work harder to help your clients live the lives or have the businesses they’ve always dreamed of.
You know you need to write a book so you can help your existing clients and attract new ones, but you’ve never written one before. Or maybe you’ve tried writing one on your own, but found the whole thing overwhelming and difficult.
In this course, I’ve laid it out step by step so you’ll always know what you need to do next. I’ve also made sure each step is small enough to be manageable, so you won’t be overwhelmed by trying to do everything at once.
The course starts by showing you how to focus the topic for your book.
Using the method I’ve been teaching for almost 20 years, you’ll find the right topic for your book and easily produce a rough outline. We’ll also get the support you’ll need in place early so it will be ready to go when you need it: beta readers, editor/proofreader, publication help.
Then, we’ll block-proof your writing process, and you’ll write your first draft in a matter of weeks. I’ll show you how you can find time to write whilst still running your business, taking care of yourself and your family, and still having a life.
After you finish your first draft, I’ll teach you how to polish it to send to your beta readers, and we’ll talk about how to make use of their feedback.
By the end of the course you’ll have written a book you can confidently recommend to clients.
The best part is that I will be there to support you along the way and to celebrate your completed book.
Below is a picture of the course outline, or you can download the PDF here: There’s a Book in Every Expert.
While the outline is based on 20 weeks from idea to complete draft, this does not mean you must do the work of writing your book in 20 consecutive weeks. If, for example, you start the course in January, but need to pause for a few weeks for a holiday in March (at the beginning of week 10), that’s fine. When you return in April, that will be your week 10 and you’ll carry on with the course from there. There will be no playing catch up or missing out; you’ll simply pick up where you leave off. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. You can contact me here.
As you can see, this course takes you from idea to finished manuscript. Just choose the level of support you need, and then you’ll be on your way to becoming a published author!
