Your rewards can be as simple or elaborate as you wish, but they need to be things you actually want – otherwise they won’t motivate you. For example, I know someone who rewards herself with a Jelly Baby every time she writes 100 words. I don’t like Jelly Babies, so this wouldn’t work for me.
